El equipo enciendo pero no emvia la señal al monitor o tv a lo cual se trato de contactar a la compañia creadora del pc y solo contesta un auto mensaje indicando que no tienen tecnicos disponibles en el momento y es cuando dejas un mensaje con tu informacion para que te devuelvan la llamada y nadie se comunica una cometa basura de servicio al cliente. Luego de esto llamo a servicio al cliente de Amazon y la que me atiende sabe menos que yo sobre su propia poliza de devolucion a lo cual inventaba reapuestas en el momento para luego ponerme en linea de espera y al retomar la llamada venia con otro procedimiento completamente diferente que ese era la meneara de realizar una devolucion aparte de eso tenia yo como cliente y persona afectada tenia que pagar el rewnvio del equipo con desperfecto que ellos me trataron de vender como si las personas que seguir perdiendo dinero y tiempo.. Tanto el equipo de pc, el servicio al cliente de la compañia que hace las pc y la del servicio al cliente de Amazon son una total broma y una perdida de tiemo.

The PC itself is fantastic, however the mouse and keyboard are no good, I wish there was an option to not take them. Otherwise I have no complaints, all my games and videos run beautifully and I havent had any issues

Came in perfectly how I expected it. Love the RGB lights and everything that is included with it. Played a couple games on it so far and it is running smoothly. 10/10

While the mouse is recognized (able to be powered), drivers are not installed and there is no way to change DPI settings on the mouse. When pressing down on the DPI buttons on the mouse, they become stuck in the depressed mode, making it unusable.

Overall satisfied with my purchase. My old laptop was dying, so I needed a new replacement for gaming. It was near impossible to find parts to build a custom PC, but this pre-built PC had everything that I needed. The SSD, RAM, graphics card, processor all improved my gaming experience. Unfortunately, it did not improve my gaming skills...
