> 3 dayVery happy with this computer, Shipped fast in a secure box, everything you need to get started with instructions, and the computer is very very fast. I got it for a trading computer, and it is an awesome setup without breaking the bank. 3 months in with zero problems.

> 3 dayThis was recommended to me by a couple a couple of computer geeks. I went with their advice and glad I did. The computer was shipped very fast, ready to go right out of the box. I already had a monitor, so powered it right up and love it. Love the speed of it, and looks cool too! Came with a keyboard and mouse that work great as well. Playing Microsoft Flight Sim and loving this machine. Will update later, but satisfied with the buy so far!

> 3 dayUpdate 11/29: The vendor, Tek Star, contacted us and said the 1TB HDD is installed so I will check. Tek Star said they submitted a $40 refund which you may purchase one 8GB RAM from Amazon by yourself. Also, you may contact Cyberpowerpc customer care to request one 8GB RAM for your system. Havent seen the $40 refund yet and not very happy I have to buy the RAM now. Im not sure whose QA/QC process is at fault (i.e., Tek Star or cyberpowerpc), but I it seems reasonable the customer shouldnt be given a chore to do to recitify the situation. I am increasing the rating by 1 star, b/c Tek Star was very quick to respond, and they took action. I will update this post pending cyberpowerpcs actions.
