pricey but a good pc

The computer was easy to setup and just worked.

Sometimes will not power on. Have to force power off then power on again. Happened many times already. 2x crashed. Amazon will charge re-stocking fee even within 30 days of purchase.

We actually bought two of these computers one for each of the kids. The first one worked for a couple weeks and then it stopped. I called Amazon support and they tried to get through to the company with no luck. I tried the company three different times leaving messages because it kept saying no one is available. I found a place to submit a ticket online. No one ever contacted me and I got an email that my ticket was resolved and asking me to rate my service even though I was never contacted. I responded that it was not resolved and no one has even tried to resolve it. My son needed the computer for school so I finally bit the bullet and went into a local repair shop. Turns out the USB ports that connect the monitor just stopped working.

Great first time gaming PC! I wouldve given this PC a 5 star if it wasnt for the missing 8 GB RAM card.

amazing computer for gaming. if you plan on streaming with it then I would suggest something more powerful but for basic gaming its awesome.
