I typically dont leave reviews unless its deserved. Between me really liking the case and the customer support that comes along with it, I thought i had better. Ive had this case for well over a year now and some of the RGBs in the fans started acting up. They replaced them for me without any issues. The case, along with the RGBs of the fans, looks great. Its very quiet as well (with 6 fans even!). I have never had any issues with air flow or high temperatures. Im not the best at cable management, but I think i did an okay job (this case makes it pretty easy and does a great job at hiding major issues with the cable management).

Let me start off with I know this case isnt exactly for everyone. it is MASSIVE. Ive also heard some people say they didnt like the tacky dark flash logo on the panel, but u can swap it out with the back panel as its also clear with no DF logo on it. Now to the pros and cons Pros: - Excellent Cable Management - Plenty of space - High quality feel| - Looks amazing even before making my custom theme - Fans are quiet Cons: - Sometimes the amount of space is abit excessive and you have to get creative to not make it look awkward - Bracket near the top front fan is kind of an eye sore - Default LED controller without mobo support effects are kind of slow/tacky Overall if your looking for a massive full clear case, cant really go wrong with this one at the price point

SO i bought this case and let me tell you BUY IT especially if you have a NON RGB header mother board cause it brings your look up to date but with the cool new fan systems. BUT what I was mad about is i read all the info everywhere and saw that the fans IN the case are known as the dr12 system. SO I bought there dr12 PRO fan kit to add 3 more fans. BUT for some reason, they use different plugs with even a different pattern. SO i can not sync the lights and im here stuck with 2 different remotes and just leaving my fans on the red color. i am a bit upset for 175$ between both but i dont want to have to go through the return process. I made sure to buy there name brand fans WITH the same model number fans. BUT it seems there is an actual cheaper version of the fans installed they have no clips on the fans and different plugs. I wish i had known this before the 7 hour install and wiring job i did in the case. ALSO if you have a long power supply you have to bend the HDD bay to fit it in since the tray for the Power supply is not removable. But still worked out fine and LOOKS amazing. My old case had NO wire management and you can see between the 2 pics how nice this case can hide your wires. I would have given 5 stars HAD THEY made it aware durring purchase what fans to use for upgrading.

I love the case! Pros large case awesome fans! Con - The power supply is very tight fight for most models and installing cables can be tricky. Recommended installing the farther cables then sliding the power supply in before installing the cables closer to the access door. I personally am not using Disk Drives which allowed me to extend my are of use for cable management into that section. Recommendations - Allow the Bay section in the back to be remove-able as it is currently riveted into place.

Frame is semi flimsy but not at the same time. If that makes sense? Feels a little cheapish I guess but pretty solid with the glass on. Though, it looks amazing! Everything works, the fan brain thingy didnt have instructions, good luck with that if youre new to this like me. Super quiet fans! My 3060 isnt installed in the photos but theres plenty of space for a large gpu. This thing is huge! 4/5 for sure!

This is the tower I chose for my first build and I gotta say it was well worth it. its a beautiful tower with excellent air flow and zero noise. I also like that I can choose how the RGB lights are displayed (Red, Blue, Green, or combination of all three. I can also have them turned off or slowly fade from one color to the next.) The only issue I had was the area for the power supply doesnt have much room for good cable management and I actually had to remove one of the hard drive trays to make room. its not an issue though because I have my hard drive installed near the top of the tower (1TB SSD). overall id give it 4/5 stars only due to the power supply issue but everything else is magnificent.

Awesome case with a few quirks. You are going to have problems with a PSU any larger than standard. A couple fans wont spin up until you set their speed to high and then back low. Very happy with it but be advised if you carry your PC around often this thing is made of glass and may not be the best choice for you. Also if you buy additional fans with a separate hub the remote will work with both hubs. I can sync two separate setups with one remote at the same time.

The noise level of this case is basically the same as open air so be aware that your fans will not be muffled by any means. Fits an Asus ROG Strix 3090 OC with an inch or two to spare. I mounted 3x 120mm fans on the outside of the front to give it a bit more room and the front panel still clips on with a tiny bit of room to spare. The included GPU bracket was useful, though with how long my GPU is, one half of it kind of sits over an open area. Black screws included were nice but I wish they included a bunch of fan screws! Overall a nice looking case with basically no airflow restrictions. Room for cables on the backside behind the motherboard made cable management easy. My Corsair HX1200i fit with no issues, probably had a little extra room for something an 1/8 or so bigger. LEDs on GPU and mobo are visible through the mesh but I ended up turning them off anyway. Happy with this purchase and would recommend if you want airflow but with a bit extra dust protection.

My Dark flash t20 came undamaged, on time, and as it was advertised. Specs of the system I installed in this case: Cpu: Ryzen 3600x (no OC) Gpu: Rx 5700(Oc-1850, men-930) Ram:16g Ram 3200( OC-3666 COOLING EFFICIENCY: I couldn’t be more pleased with the cooling efficiency. I did install five additional fans to take advantage of extra fan slots but I did not install an aftermarket cpu cooler. Now, what makes that impressive is I ran a full load stress test through AIDA64 today for 90secs and the CPU stayed never went over 83C. QUALITY: Case was well made with nice materials. Components were installed correctly and securely. Everything was machined nice and removed of burrs. Came with ample screws and standoffs as well as stand-off drivers which was a nice touch. RGB function properly and really add a unique look you don’t see out of most pc builds. Now as for what I would change? Nothing really, I did swap out the included fan but just so it would match the rest of mine. It would awesome if they had a removable slot for an intake fan on the bottom if something was not using the HDD and is fan crazy like myself but to be honest at this price point, you will not find a higher quality case

After a 3-hour build/assembly of our Custom PC, the system started to smoke on initial start-up. Terrified us that something was wired incorrectly. Turns out, the Fan Controller of the PC cabinet had a kinked wire. Amazon worked with us very well and sent a replacement unit right away. The plan was to swap out the fan controller and send the contents of the replacement unit back to Amazon with the damaged fan controller. Unfortunately, we found that not all fan controllers will work with every fan of the darkFlash Phantom (still really dont understand this). So, we had to change out the fan controller and all six fans to get the unit to operate properly. And, shortly thereafter, one of the fans on the front now have a portion of the LED light ring that is a different color. Not the end of the world in case you have OCD like we do but fans are cheap so were waiting for it to exhibit more damage before replacement. Ok case for the money and beautiful once everything is working correctly. Very slight whistle in a quiet room from the air moving through the gaps around the glass but should be expected from a case with (6) fans + (2) fans on a GPU.
