I am very happy with my purchase. I did add 2 fans to the top of the case, but I think it was totally unnecessary. The pre-installed fans keep the airflow moving just fine. After assembling my new PC, I left a lot of fingerprints on the tempered glass, but it cleaned up very easily. Pro-tip, clean the inside of the glass before closing the case. lol The remote controlled lights were not one of the draws for me, but I actually do enjoy changing up the look and feel every once in a while. Cute feature.

SO i bought this case and let me tell you BUY IT especially if you have a NON RGB header mother board cause it brings your look up to date but with the cool new fan systems. BUT what I was mad about is i read all the info everywhere and saw that the fans IN the case are known as the dr12 system. SO I bought there dr12 PRO fan kit to add 3 more fans. BUT for some reason, they use different plugs with even a different pattern. SO i can not sync the lights and im here stuck with 2 different remotes and just leaving my fans on the red color. i am a bit upset for 175$ between both but i dont want to have to go through the return process. I made sure to buy there name brand fans WITH the same model number fans. BUT it seems there is an actual cheaper version of the fans installed they have no clips on the fans and different plugs. I wish i had known this before the 7 hour install and wiring job i did in the case. ALSO if you have a long power supply you have to bend the HDD bay to fit it in since the tray for the Power supply is not removable. But still worked out fine and LOOKS amazing. My old case had NO wire management and you can see between the 2 pics how nice this case can hide your wires. I would have given 5 stars HAD THEY made it aware durring purchase what fans to use for upgrading.

I bought the Darkflash Phantom on Amazon while it was on a big sale at $80 (vs retail $120 listing). To give some background, I’ve been building computers since I was 14 (23 years now) and work in IT so I’ve come across my fair share of hardware over the years. The case appealed to me because it is basically all glass and the lighting design looked clean and minimalist. That part does not disappoint, it’s pretty in person and looks easily like a sound system component in my entertainment center. I measured my space and verified vs the dimensions listed and it fits absolutely perfect. The case is quite tall, but narrow and short in depth/width. The lighting has a large variety of modes, with the standard RGB colors, rainbow, pulsing, and about 10-12 other flavors. Sadly, I don’t think it has straight white lighting which I was hoping for but it’s possible I may have missed it with the sheer amount of options. Build-wise, it’s fine. Cable management is pretty lackluster compared to most modern cases from major players like Phanteks, Corsair, NZXT, and Thermaltake. Considering everything is see-through, it would have been nice to see some metal shields or places to tuck / automatically wrap things, but you can get creative and make it work. There’s enough room for just about any component you would need to have, and you get 6 fans included which is pretty crazy. The two items many reviewers mentioned that I was concerned about when purchasing were the power supply spacing and the front fan bay spacing. Both are perfectly adequate. Don’t get me wrong, the space for both isn’t a ton, but you’re not crimping cables or starting a hotbox here. I’ve worked with many cases, and this was plenty acceptable. Like any case, have an idea of where you want things to go before dropping them in. Overall, this case is attractive and pretty easy to work with. I think it comes down to the design, if it speaks to you there’s few out there that mirror this exact styling. If the design isn’t a home run though, I’d go with something from one of the major players. The ones mentioned all have cases in the $70-80 range that are outstanding, albeit with less fans and lights.

My Dark flash t20 came undamaged, on time, and as it was advertised. Specs of the system I installed in this case: Cpu: Ryzen 3600x (no OC) Gpu: Rx 5700(Oc-1850, men-930) Ram:16g Ram 3200( OC-3666 COOLING EFFICIENCY: I couldn’t be more pleased with the cooling efficiency. I did install five additional fans to take advantage of extra fan slots but I did not install an aftermarket cpu cooler. Now, what makes that impressive is I ran a full load stress test through AIDA64 today for 90secs and the CPU stayed never went over 83C. QUALITY: Case was well made with nice materials. Components were installed correctly and securely. Everything was machined nice and removed of burrs. Came with ample screws and standoffs as well as stand-off drivers which was a nice touch. RGB function properly and really add a unique look you don’t see out of most pc builds. Now as for what I would change? Nothing really, I did swap out the included fan but just so it would match the rest of mine. It would awesome if they had a removable slot for an intake fan on the bottom if something was not using the HDD and is fan crazy like myself but to be honest at this price point, you will not find a higher quality case

After a 3-hour build/assembly of our Custom PC, the system started to smoke on initial start-up. Terrified us that something was wired incorrectly. Turns out, the Fan Controller of the PC cabinet had a kinked wire. Amazon worked with us very well and sent a replacement unit right away. The plan was to swap out the fan controller and send the contents of the replacement unit back to Amazon with the damaged fan controller. Unfortunately, we found that not all fan controllers will work with every fan of the darkFlash Phantom (still really dont understand this). So, we had to change out the fan controller and all six fans to get the unit to operate properly. And, shortly thereafter, one of the fans on the front now have a portion of the LED light ring that is a different color. Not the end of the world in case you have OCD like we do but fans are cheap so were waiting for it to exhibit more damage before replacement. Ok case for the money and beautiful once everything is working correctly. Very slight whistle in a quiet room from the air moving through the gaps around the glass but should be expected from a case with (6) fans + (2) fans on a GPU.

This is a wonderful case and the LED fans look great but if you have a large power supply like mind (1000watt) I will not fit unless you take a pair of sheet medal cutters to the case and slide it in from the back. So now my power supply sticks out the back by almost two inches but it would have never fit any other way. This is supposed to be a gaming case, nothing larger then a 650watt supply will fit in the available space.

Whoever designed this case did an overall good job. However, the process to install additional cards is nearly impossible. I installed a graphics card and had to remove the metal faceplate to be able to secure it to the case. Then I had to bend the bend the faceplate to be able to install the card to the board and secure the faceplate on the outside off the case in order to secure it to the case. The designer took what should have been a very simple operation and seems to intentionally decided to make it as complicated as possible to install additional cards to the motherboard. Other than that its a great case, however I cannot recommend. There are an infinite number of better options out there.

This is a good tower. Roomy. Can fit any kind hardware inside. Looks very nice. Difficulty to move the tower from place to place because of the tempered glass side. A negative is fan speed format tell you how fast its going. And 2nd bad this is the right side of the tower where the wires go to is the it put strain on it and I had to unscrew the bottom 2 to have it half way hanging so it doenst bust the tempered glass. Overall is a great product. I do suggest it. But suggestion to the supplier or maker. Fix the wiring managment. And make sure all the wires come with the tower for nay situation

PROS: I chose this over competing mesh ATX towers for two pros that others might consider cons: First, neither side panel is glass, so theres no risk of spontaneous shattering. The reason that this happens is that when a tempered glass panel is framed, pressure is exerted on the edges that occasionally results in a surprise failure over time. I recently had this happen to my kitchen door, after years with no apparent trouble. Second, no fans are included. This is important because if you are exacting enough to seek an airflow-managed case like this, youre likely discerning when it comes to the quality, quantity, and types of fans that go into it. Maybe you already have a favorite fan manufacturer. Regardless, youre better off choosing these yourself. CONS: The right-side panel (behind the motherboard) has a small screw with no necessary function that can interfere with case closure. This is especially problematic if the panels are reversed, because the left side of the tower has no relief for the screw head. The panels are otherwise identical, so its hard to understand why the manufacturer didnt save themselves a bit of fabrication effort by simply providing two identical panels. Im a manufacturer as well, and Im always trying to consolidate line items of the bill of materials of all of my products. The PCI slot covers are the non-reusable kind. You punch them out and discard. Be certain that you are removing the intended one when you assemble your computer. The screw holes for the PCI card brackets are too small for the industry standard 6-32 screws, but too large for M3 screws. If you bear down to try to get a 6-32 screw to thread, the metal bends quite easily. The hard drive cage is a sled that engages little tabs, similar to those that retain the side panels of older ATX towers. If youve experienced these, then you know how easy it is to inadvertently flatten them. The ones that retain this hard drive cage are exceptionally easy to misthread, because one edge of the cage slot can ride over the top of the tab even though the other edge of the very same slot is properly engaged. Its very easy to overlook this mistake, and when you tighten the screws, youll squash the tab and slightly distort the cage as well. The bottom-side removable dust filter under the power supply compartment comes loose if you put your hand on it when picking up the tower. SIDE NOTE: Another reviewer complained of a fire hazard. This is an industry-wide problem, and its unfair to single out this company and this product for blame. The culprit lies in the standards. ATX power supplies can deliver many tens of amps, and yet no standards exist for current-limiting small loads. A 500-watt power supply might be capable of 40 amps on its 12-volt output. A fan that draws 0.1 amps or an LED that draws 0.02 amps is typically connected with 24-gauge wires, appropriate for such small loads. However, with no requirements for current limiting, those wires will burn if shorted out. This could happen, for example, if they are pinched in the side panels.

So i have had this case for maybe a week or so and i love it the style of it the glass not a scratch on it everything about it is 5 stars so why not a five star rating then well after a few hours on it being on a setting like rainbow or blue and white it goes to full red then after maybe an hour later the rgb fans go off so far not the fans or anything just the lights. not sure if that is normally or not ill change my rating when i get more info.
