> 3 dayWeve had no issues with this. R is one year old and is huge, healthy and strong, but thats mainly due to the BFeeding. Though likely a combo of both. Started using this at Peds suggestion at about 2 months. Dont believe the HCL claims of it being dangerous. Not to be insulting, but to try and fully explain WHY it is not dangerous, I would virtually have to cram a college education into this little box. Suffice it to say that there is oxygen and hydrogen in rocket fuel. A highly volatile substance. However you drink the same two ingredients, in another mixture, everyday. Hence, though rocket fuel and water include two of the exact ingredients, theyre not the same (Think ions and isotopes). Also, the dropper is not a problem as some claim. And actually, the dropper is probably the best part! The other brands require A LOT of liquid for a dosage (syringes). Yes, this product does take about two seconds to form the drip. BUT it is virtually controlled and there is only ONE drop to administer to your baby, as directions state. In terms of risk analysis, would you rather the stuff squirt all over the place and then risk giving your newborn a bar shot worth of vit D or simply be patient and almost ensure no more than a literal drop will be delivered into your newborn? Common sense people. One last note: A negative reviewer stated something about the bottle was almost empty!...Yes, the bottle is no where near full....but...wait for it...because...the rate of usage and the expiration date would not match up. So, if the bottle were full, about 90% of the product would remain when the expiration date arrived. As a new (and overly protective daddy), I hope my own experience and opinion assists someone else when solely making there own decision.

> 3 dayI do love this product. It provides D3 for my family without a lot of the unnecessary additives in other D supplements Ive seen in the store. I am pregnant with our third child and I can only take certain supplements based on their ingredients. I take these D3 drops and increase the dose to meet my needs. My children also do well with these, and that is saying a lot. First, there is no noticeable flavor (and I have highly sensitive kids...). I tell my 5-year-old and 2-year-old that its time for D-Drops, and they open there mouth while I let one drop in. Sometimes they prefer it in a little water. But they can take it straight, no problems. Secondly, it is free of CORN, to which my daughter has life-threatening anaphylaxis. My son also has anaphylaxis to dairy and egg. The side of its box reads: Baby Ddrops does not contain corn, dairy, egg, fish, gluten, lactose, peanuts, shellfish, soy, starch, sugar, sulphites, wheat, yeast, preservatives, coloring or artificial flavors.. I would recommend these Ddrops to any mom whose doctor recommends a D supplement. (I hear so many moms complain of the negative side effect of the D supps they buy from the store...these have not caused us issues, personally.) I would also recommend these Ddrops to parents of corn-allergic children and pregnant mothers whose children have a history of allergies.

> 3 dayWe initially got drops that had to be administered with a syringe. The worst part of those were the larger volume and the taste/smell. They were awful and the LO did not care for them. These drops are amazing. They are concentrated which means a single drop and there is no off putting smell or taste. Would definitely recommend these drops.

> 3 dayEasy to dispense onto a bottle. I used to put a drop inside so the baby wouldn’t notice it but it doesn’t mix with breast milk very well and since you’re not supposed to shake breast milk, it’s just easier to put it on a nipple, even if it slides down just tap the nipple on the baby’s nose and they’ll open so wide the whole nipple will go in, they don’t even notice the drop or they’re so hungry they don’t care. I like these better than the droppers. I was using the enfamil drops and the dropper sucked big time. I could never get a it filled past .50. This method is so much better, just one drop and it comes out the same every time, no measuring, no hassle.

> 3 dayAs someone who lives in the northern part of the US, where clouds block vitamin D-giving sunshine for nearly 6 months out of the year, this supplement is valuable. Been supplementing my daughter since she was an infant and continue to do so as needed. Dispenses easily, one controlled drop at a time. Because its liquid and pretty much tasteless, it can conveniently be added to anything your child is eating/drinking or taken by itself. Good stuff.

> 3 dayMy baby hated taking the other vitamin d and would spit it out. He would not take it and at 1 ml per dose, it was a struggle. I switched to d drops and he never even knew he was taking it. For that, I am a huge fan. I will say, that as the amount in the bottle goes down, it takes longer and longer for a drop to come out as it should. Not a deal breaker, but it’s a pain. Also, from reading online about this product. Given the high dosage in one drop, you need to be careful only one drop is administered per day.

> 3 dayWe, like many other parents, were recommended by our pediatrician to give our baby a vitamin d supplement because I am breastfeeding our daughter. The brand our pediatrician was quick to recommend was Enfamil D-Vi-Sol which we went ahead and tried but I was shocked when I had read the ingredients on the back of the box...artificial color, flavor and sweetener...it didnt really seem like the right thing to do and my gut instincts were telling me to just throw it out but I figured our pediatrician recommended this brand so it cant be that bad...well, as soon as we gave it to our daughter, she was gagging and spitting up the syrupy vitamin D. I was so shook up and really upset that I allowed my brand new baby to have such artificial junk put into her little body. I knew there had to be a better way and researched some alternatives and found these miracle Baby Ddrops. I love that its just vitamin D and coconut oil...nothing else...all that is needed for babies. We even double checked with our pediatrician to make sure this version is okay and he approved so we feel even better about our decision. Please, please, please give these a try...for your babys health.
