I was rather surprised to learn that many Vitamin D drops for infants and toddlers required 5-10 drops per dose -- a bit difficult to do with a fussy baby. My wife and I were quite pleased, then, to learn that the Ddrops are concentrated enough that only a single drop is required per day. This might not sound like a big deal, but its far easier to place a single drop on a pacifier and know your baby is good to go. PROs: --Only one drop per dose --Bottle design makes it very easy to dispense only a single drop --Doesnt taste horrible; our son doesnt seem to notice it at all --Price is comparable to competing products found in stores--but they require several drops per dose anyway CONs: --Cant find this in stores, but thats why I love Amazon :) BOTTOM LINE: If youre trying to add some extra vitamin D to your babys diet I cant imagine an easier to use product. Fairly priced, Highly recommended.

I was looking for a vitamin D without many additives. having to be given to a newborn I dont understand why so many companies add so much junk to simple drops of vitamin d. I chose these because as the only additive they only have coconut oil, to make them more fluid. my child tolerates them without problems. I really recommend them. be careful what you give to your children!

We like this product. I use one drop before nursing my baby. It takes a long time for the drop to come out when it gets close to empty so I have to turn it upside down when not in use so that it comes out quicker. I like that there’s not a lot of extras in it.

I want to say first I havent used any other types of vitamin D. My experience with this has been a good one. My baby didnt have any adverse reactions to the drops. The only complaint it is harder the know if the 1 single drop was actually ingested because its only 1 single drop. Trying to get a drop on a nipple with a wiggly baby is hard enough, once its on then my baby moves her head towards me and Im not sure if the drop transferred to her face or got in her mouth. Once baby started eating solids its been a whole new story. I cant imagine using any other product. In all I recommend , my advice is to give on your finger, pacifier, or spoon because the breastfeeding method is harder then it would seem. Also keep in mind if you purchase the bottle is not full, its only about 1/4 a bottle. It clearly states this on the box.

I’m not sure if they work because we haven’t had my baby’s vitamin D checked, but it is easy enough to use. My son actually loves to take the bottle around with him (10 months old) which is an aside, but very cute. I do wish it dropped out faster, but I understand the speed is standard for the dispensers design.

These are a great value if you look at how many doses you get as compared to the other products that are bigger volume. I tried the method where you dispense onto nipple before breastfeeding and it didn’t work for me bc the warmth from skin makes it too liquid and it runs off if you don’t catch it extremely quickly. Instead I dispense the drop onto a pacifier and give it to my baby that way. Much easier and not a race against time to get it in her mouth.

Love it for both my LO. When my older one was a baby, she was given this Ddrop. Now, for the younger LO, this is the only one he uses too. I like the fact thats its one drop, with little coconut oil! and nothing else/more

Our pediatrician recommended these drops for our daughter during her first visit after discharge. We would place the drops on her pacifier during the first couple of months and now (10 months) she takes them on pretty much anything...our pinkie, her finger, spoon, etc. Doesnt seem to have a bad taste or at least she doesnt mind whatever the taste is. We try to get outside pretty often with her but never hurts to supplement. Plus studies are showing that Vitamin D may be just as effective if not more than Vitamin C at supporting the immune system. Please note Im no doctor and that claim is strictly based on personal research. Consult your doctor before administering to your child.

After trying another brand that upset my baby’s stomach, I tried these. They work like a charm. I love that it only takes a single drop and isn’t mixed with other fillers.

These are recommended by my pediatrician. They are hard to dispense quickly though, very slow drops from the container itself. (Mikes wife)
