Bought this monitor for my husband because of the good reviews but his experience with it was very bad. Heres his review Issues: 1. All the built in presets look washed out. Seriously? This was Dells chance to impress but all settings are horrible. Did some googling and cant find a good custom setting that suits my taste. With all the great reviews saying the picture quality is great... Im left to wonder HOW?? Maybe I got a dud. 2. Pixelating display for some games. There is visible pixelation when you focus on certain objects on the screen, the pixelation goes away once you stop moving. I dont know if this is another form of ghosting, I didnt feel like I wanted to waste my time finding a solution for it. None of these issues appeared in older less expensive monitor that Ive used 3. I know its a TN panel but even the slightest vertical head movement would result in contrast change, pair that with the washed color... its really not acceptable for the price you are paying Returned. Sad, I wanted to like it and Ive been using Dell products for a long time and this one was a big disappointment. Bought an ASUS VG259Q... the difference was night and day for an extra 50$. None of the problems above, not all presets was to my liking but none of them appeared washed. Glad I returned this Dell and went with the other brand.

Overall this Dell Gaming monitor is a gem for gamers on a budget. I have my Xbox One S connected via hdmi. I am able to get 1080p on 120hz. Graphics are real crisp once you adjust the picture settings under custom. The other presets are horrible. I have my response time on super fast which equals 2ms response. Very crisp with no ghosting or blurred picture. I mostly play Warzone and Fortnite. If this monitor supported HDR it would be a game changer!

Have had 0 problems with this monitor. Does what I want it to do and looks great! If you’re looking for a simple but great quality monitor for a reasonable price, then you can’t go wrong with this one.

This is an excellent gaming monitor for those of us who are also working from home during the pandemic. Colors are great for a TN panel. One of the things I like the most about it is the ability to adjust the height of the stand. I have a sit stand desk at my studio that I often times swing up and down during the day while working. The ergo capabilities of the monitor makes it so much easier on my column to withstand the entire day at home! I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a gaming monitor. At $199 it won’t break your bank, and you’re getting an impressive 144hz refresh rate!

Great price and great monitor! Came in perfect condition and was super simple to set up. I do have a few quick notes, though: - If you are going to purchase this monitor, be sure to go into your NVIDIA control panel and change the refresh rate to 144hz as it is at 60hz by default. -The monitor also does not have any speakers, you’ll need your own pair of headphones if you want audio.

I have had no problems so far works great. I am a moderate gamer so nothing hardcore. Its heavy and sturdy. I dont like the white LED in the bottom when its off it flashes and in a bedroom it bothers me. It would b nice 2 turn it off or dim it or have another color.

This is an amazing monitor! It’s my first one personally but for the price I got it for it’s great and it seems better than others I’ve seen my friends use. It’s bright and there isn’t any light bleed so far and the base can even adjust. If you want a really in depth look go watch a video because this thing is awesome!

I expected reasonably good picture quality but it turned out mediocre at best. I used to develop LCD display several years ago so I am versed in what to look for. From what I see, I guess LCD panel doesnt do a good job to prevent so called light leakage to improve contrast. Viewing angle is clearly narrow. If you move your head around a bit, you will experience brightness reduction as well as contrast. More than that, when you see four corner of display, you will see somewhat gray background, picture quality degradation. Color gamut is clearly worse. Spec says 72%. No wonder skin tone is terrible. Lower than $200, it is ok buy but I wouldnt recommend to anyone expecting a gaming monitor.

monitor is spotless, no scuffs on the screen. picture quality is good, some adjustments are required to get the brightness/contrast/color better. heads up, youll probably want to go into your monitor settings and actually apply it to 144hz, mine was set to 60hz before I corrected it I play rainbow six siege on an i5 CPU with a gtx 1070 GPU, I can push 150-175 fps and the change from a 60hz monitor to this one is like night and day. I am not disappointed b this monitor

out of 7 monitors this is the only one with no ghosting absolutely love this thing. The only con is the viewing angle, if you look at it wrong there will be a very noticeable, almost grey film that covers it, it has horrible angles, but other than that it’s perfect
