> 3 dayThis monitor is very good for the money. It offers high refresh rate, and great image quality if you spend the time to adjust the settings. The color presets are terrible, but it is absolutely possible to dial in a great image on this monitor. The viewing angles are okay, the color distorts pretty quickly when not looking straight at the screen, but that is to be expected with any panel of this type. For gaming I think this is the best budget pick I have found. The stand is nice and adjustable for both height and angle.

> 3 dayThe monitor is awesome and has been a huge upgrade from my previous main monitor. The issue I have is that there are two different monitors shown in the listing. I was under the assumption I was getting a curved monitor because the primary pictures on Amazon are of a curved monitor. The monitor I got isn’t curved but if you look it up on dells website you’ll see it’s not curved. Other than the misrepresentation of products on the listing I am extremely happy with this monitor.

Greater than one weekFor starters I have been using different monitors and setups for a very long time. I bought this monitor on black Friday since it was on sale and was trying to pick up a new monitor to replace my old display. When it came I was severely disappointed. At first the screen looked so blurry and horrible I was trying to figure out if I accidently was using my old CRV T.V and had switched to the wrong channel. I mean seriously it looks like someone gave a kid a slice of pizza and told him to wipe it all over the screen. I spent 5 minutes trying to get the screen protector off because I thought that might be causing some blurriness. Turns out there isnt even a screen protector in the first place, which is not standard and a bit suspicious seeing as the last 3 or 4 monitors Ive bought, even ones that I got 5-6 years ago all come with a screen protector no matter how cheap or expensive. They tell you to troubleshoot your settings, as if you even have an option other than turn brightness or contrast up and down. It seriously is disgusting how little effort companies will put into their products to straight up rob consumers who dont know what they are buying. I thought this would be a good pickup on sale, boy was I wrong. Not only would I never buy this again even if it was 50% off, I will go back to church for the first time in 15 years so I can say a prayer or two for the poor people who bought this at full price. Seriously, this monitor is a joke Im sure you can find one twice as good at Costco for half the price. If I could give negative star reviews I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

> 3 dayI like this monitor for the clear picture on screen and sharpness. Great for games online as it seems faster to get up then my old monitor had. Good buy and great look. I recommend this monitor to my friends and family.

> 3 dayout of 7 monitors this is the only one with no ghosting absolutely love this thing. The only con is the viewing angle, if you look at it wrong there will be a very noticeable, almost grey film that covers it, it has horrible angles, but other than that it’s perfect

Greater than one weekI have been searching for good 144hz monitors but on a budget. I really wanted to go with a gaming brand that I was familiar with such as asus, acer, or MSI. I came across this just browsing through amazon and let me tell you, I was not dissapointed. This is the cleanest looking monitor ive ever used.

Greater than one weekI bought a BenQ XL2411P for Christmas here on Amazon, it arrived in two days, needless to say I couldnt wait until Dec 25th so I opened it and tried it out. I honestly dont understand the hype. The Ghosting was so bad (that is an understatement) I tried to find a solution online and all I can read on the forums were to turn on blurr correction, configure it etc. I spent an entire day trying to fix the ghosting issue. I gave up and sent it back. After looking for monitors an entire day I had two more on the list this DELL S2421HGF and a ViewSonic Gaming monitor that was twice the price. Well being that this one was $199 I went ahead and clicked on buy. The monitor arrived 2 days later. The colors are not as great as a VA or an IPS, but I am so impressed at the almost no visible Ghosting this monitor is capable of. I am never going with another cheap brand ever again. Dont buy into the hype. Honestly Im starting to wonder if those reviews are real since I cant comprehend how someone could settle for such bad ghosting. Purchase the true and tried brands that have succeeded here in the U.S (Dell, ViewSonic, Samsung, LG etc.) You will not be disappointed with this monitor if youre on a budget. This Dell S2421HGF beats my old Viotek 1440p 144hz VA display, it destroys the overhyped BenQ XL2411P that has so bad Ghosting that it feels like every game is on Nitrous from Need for Speed. If you want smooth gameplay this is it.
