Surprised that there was not better set up instructions.

I havent owned a Dell in a long time. Was used to a very slow HP laptop and needed to upgrade to something more graphic friendly. This computer has not disappointed! Very easy to set up.. basically just plug it in and go. My 4 printers installed easily and I was up and running in less than an hour. Very thankful I took a change on a Dell!

I purchased this to replace an older Dell AIO that Microsft update killed. This is much faster with a slightly larger screen. It has a 1TB Solid State Drive instead of the small 256 or 512 SSD and a slow Hard Drive. I have only had it a few days but so far it is very nice. I was able to remove the hard drive and retrieve all the data that was on the old dead computer. I would say buy this if you are looking for a good home computer.

Overall impression: This Dell AIO should in on the desk of every college students, office worker, and businesses. Its super sleek and extremely powerful. I wont bored you to death with the specs, you can read that on your own. What I CAN tell you is that its super fast for multi-tasks. I had 30 Chrome tabs opened and experienced zero lag (weird flex, I know). Large hard drive storage can hold plenty of movies and downloads. The AIO is also a touchscreen which is very responsive for quick gestures. The beautiful 27 display has 1080p which is good. It would be much better if it was 4K resolution. I mean honestly, its Q3 2022 and at $1500 price point still no 4K? Unfortunately I would have to deduct a star.

This computer is amazing. Easy to set up. Easy to use. The colors on the monitor are vibrant. I love this product.

The computer arrived with a keyboard and mouse with a missing part and neither of which work. Wrote seller twice and received no response. Logging is on is a constant problem because input into the password box is not allowed or the system is just frozen. Scanning to the HP printer is constantly problematic and requires removing and reinstalling the printer over and over. Windows automatic updates are enabled but do not happen automatically causing various problems. The screen resolution is not good, okay for graphics but very poor for text. Both the seller and Dell have failed with this sale and the functionality of the system. Just checked return date to see that I have missed it by ten days. Very disappointed.

Fast computer with a lot of ram. Definitely would buy again.

Purchassed 2 recently. 1 came in perfect double packaged, new, as described. Second one came with open, unprotected box, used, computer itself unwrapped, missing the dungle for keyboard and mouse.

Everything is great and i would give it a 5 star if it comes with batteries for the mouse and keyboard.
