Greater than one weekThe screen size is nice but the resolution is not high enough for the size. Should be 4K, twice what it is. This results in hard to read small characters. The keyboard is a flimsy POC, as is the mouse. The keyboard only lasted about 10 days. Spent 3 hours on the phone doing inane troubleshooting with Dell support trying to get them to send a new keyboard. (Dell management should call their own support and see what their customers experience.) We hope they are finally sending one. The bottom line is that we will NEVER purchase another Dell product.

> 3 dayThe specs on this PC seemed a bit too good for the price, but will not complain.. LOL Only negative is I hate how loud the mouse is. The clicking is crazy loud compared to an logitech ones I have used. Had to write a review just to complain about the mouse.. LOL

> 3 dayI like thi computer it is fast and easy to setup. The only bad thing I have to say is the keyboard and mouse provided are both a piece of junk.

> 3 dayBefore buying, I always read reviews. There were good and bad reviews for this product. After receiving, setup, and installing the keyboard and mouse, I am thrilled with my purchase. I have not had any negative issues. The mouse and keyboard were very easy to connect and use. The screen is awesome with the colors and clarity. I’ve only had it for a short time but I would definitely recommend this computer.

> 3 dayJust received my new computer...everything looks great however I couldnt use the keyboard due to the usb connector being missing. You would think that at this price there would have been quality control. Good thing I have an alternative keyboard that I was able to use.

> 3 dayI would not trust this seller. As is the problem with a lot of Amazon products these days, the Computer had already been opened and returned once. After I decide I was going to go ahead a keep it. I put it together and found out why it was retuned the first time. The mouse and keyboard didnt work. There was nothing in their description that said this would be an open box or a second and I paid full price. Now Im going to waste more time boxing it back up and returning it again.

Greater than one weekInitial startup required 5 forced restarts from freezing as well as several auto restarts (even without freezing each restart took about 4-5 minutes. Got it to not freeze for a day but ran incredibly slow to the point of not being usable. Day 2 it just froze up and would freeze immediately starting up after a restart. Returned for a different brand

Greater than one weekOn paper, a lot of the specs you get here are pretty decent. The i7 processor, while not the desktop workhorse version is a cut above what you often see in AIO systems and is pared down reasonably well enough to keep thermals reasonable. The 32 gigs is generous, and depending on what youre doing, may offset what youre not quite getting on the CPU side. Im not entirely sure where Dell was going with the oddball MX550 GPU. The CPU already has integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, which again, depending on what youre doing, can outperform the MX550. If youre looking at gaming possibilities, youre in GeForce GTX1060 territory, give or take. The display itself is nice, but then, it should be for what this costs and the fact that the resolution is only FHD. Im not too deep into EVERYTHING MUST BE 4K thinking, but theres space between the two and Dell decided you dont need it. You get touch capability, but my guess is that the novelty will wear off quickly. Even if you wanted to use a stylus like an upright easel, I wasnt able to get a Wacom Bamboo to work with it -- and that works with darn near every touchscreen thats been made in the past five years. The pack-in keyboard and mouse are both pretty awful, even for pack-in peripherals. Unless youre going all in on aesthetics, you might as well find a nice combo like the
