The wireless keyboard and mouse started freezing up after about 10 days. I replaced the batteries in both, rebooted several times to no avail. I finally replaced both with a wired keyboard and mouse and the problem stopped. The junk they sent as an addition to the computer was worthless!

Like the fact that it can be used for business or for fun! Big enough to watch what ever entertainment app or radio station. Touch screen is nice.

Before buying, I always read reviews. There were good and bad reviews for this product. After receiving, setup, and installing the keyboard and mouse, I am thrilled with my purchase. I have not had any negative issues. The mouse and keyboard were very easy to connect and use. The screen is awesome with the colors and clarity. I’ve only had it for a short time but I would definitely recommend this computer.

Would be great working with image editing, video production, playing your Steam library (as long as you dont have anything that needs super powered graphics processing). The speakers are good and loud. Plenty of RAM, a fast processor, a good amount of storage space. It can support an additional monitor, it can even be used as a monitor for another device with an HDMI in. There is a lot you can do with this machine. This is a whole system in a single box. Just unbox, put it on your desk, fire it up and youre ready to go. I really enjoy this machine. The only thing I would have liked to see is the display being QHD rather than FHD, but thats a small nitpick.

This met my expectations and just what I needed!!!

What I don`t like is that I cannot use my CD Rom disks to install software that I paid alot of $$ for, like for building web sites using Adobe CS 5 web site builder.....

This computer is amazing. Easy to set up. Easy to use. The colors on the monitor are vibrant. I love this product.
