Based on my inspection, all the seller has done by the looks of it is install windows and make sure it boots. That sums up this Renewal process. When i removed CPU sink, there was years old thermal paste, so old that it was solid, literally chunks. I replaced the paste and it dropped minimal temp from 39c to 28c. In long term, that will extend CPU life, which is important, because thats the hear of the computer. The NVMe was a surprise, but the one i got is sitting at 80% life. its still in okay condition but i dont expect it to survive long, especially when its idle temps are 62c, and under load it gets to 80c. i give it another 2 years at most. The pc was dirty when it arrived, i dont even know if they cleaned it. The CPU sink was clean, but the case itself had black dust spots. The plastic intake mesh was dusty too, and had some white grease on it that i had to clean off. The provided mouse and keyboard was a joke. Theyre not the ones you see on the listed images. And the mouse i got is scratched, very old and has human hand grease on it in many places. They didnt bother to clean it after whoever used. Im not going to make a big deal about it since i wasnt planning to use it, but its still disgusting to find out, and in my opinion, unacceptable. The advertised WiFi adapter is missing. Its not installed on the motherboard and they didnt provide a USB version. My dumb self made the mistake of verifying that after i set up the computer while using LAN. This computer is a present, and i dont want to go through the replacement/return process. Ive contacted the seller and currently waiting on their response, to see if they can provide the missing WiFi adapter. Will update the review when issue gets resolved. \ The seller provided the missing wifi dongle.

Refurbanana is Top-Shelf. PCs arrived in excellent condition. These units were well taken care of and have little wear are marks. One unit was absolutely perfect. Was very well packed. The insides were clean and like new. Brand new ADATA 2.5 SSD has the W10 OS installed. The unit didnt have an internal DVD drive however an external DVD drive was included. They came with a Kbyd and Mouse plus the Wifi 802.11n dongle as described. I will buy from this seller again. I am extremely pleased.

Overall the computer is not bad but it did not come with a wifi adapter, it came with a bluetooth adapter. I had two other issues: After I started the computer and windows loaded it could not update properly. After several hours of restarting and trying to recover and update again, I gave up and downloaded the windows install iso from the microsoft website and that installed and updated just fine in a fraction of the time. The other issue is with adding a graphics card which was supposed to be possible according to the answered questions. I bought a 1050ti graphics card to install but the graphics card requires a PCIe slot and is two slots wide. The PCIe slot in this computer is directly adjacent to the power supply which leaves no room to install the card. If you have a graphics card that is only a single slot width it should fit although that wouldnt really be an upgrade over the built in graphics would it. On the good side, my unit was pretty clean when it arrived, only dirt was the blades on the case fan. It runs quiet and didnt come with all the typical Dell bloatware you get if you buy a computer from Dell. The keyboard was pretty poor but I did have a better one on hand.

I am using this product for a month and was working fine. All the sudden one day it starts booting and say “Alert! Hard drive or optical drive not found.”

I had to ship my $2000 computer to the manufacturer for repair (I hope), so I ordered this one first. $165, and it really does run like new. Way to go Refurbanana.

Ive had this little guy for about a year now (since may of 2022) and it worked fine up until yesterday it turned off on me and I smelled burn like something fried. Its likely the PSU since nothing boots at all and the power button doesnt do anything so thats disappointing... Keep this in mind when buying. Also when I had first received the PC a year ago the fan noise on the PSU was a bit odd sounding so it was probably beginning to fail already when it arrived. :( EDIT: looks like it was actually a motherboard short or a capacitor that fried... cause I got a new PSU and it still doesnt boot! the PSU test was successful though so the PSU is working but yeah the motherboard is messed up. Unfortunate :(

inauthentic Windows product key / serial. I had to fix the Windows installation with PowerShell because it completely failed the Activation. Took off 1 star for that. Otherwise , its a sweet refurb Dell! I routinely open 50 or 70 tabs simultaneously. Dont forget to grab the Dell Command Update software to streamline driver and firmware updates.

The computer looks great and it works excellent. I had no trouble setting it upon it arriving. And contacting customer service is quick and very professional. Thank you for selling a great product!

Bought this desktop solely to use with my tv. I keep it in the entertainment center connected to my tv that essentially acts like a monitor. It is used for nothing else, ever. Last computer that did this job for me last 9 years. This one lasted 5 months!! Reached out to seller—no response. Hugely disappointed.
