Greater than one weekLove having the integrated sound and camera but the sound is often staticky. I already exchanged once because I thought I had a defective model, but the same thing happens with the replacement. I find myself often having to switch to phone audio on my zoom calls because I can’t hear.

> 3 dayI am sure that the screen is excellent however the company is not in a rush to make a delivery. So be mindful of it.

Greater than one weekGot this for my son who wants to go to college next year. It seems ok but not really as good as I thought for gaming, better for office work or zoom calls

> 3 dayThe monitors specs were perfect for my needs. I researched reviews, looked at issues for PD power and USB-C use with my MacBook Air, and even downloaded the firmware updates for the monitor prior to the monitor arriving. All the proper things to do, right? Monitor arrived in great shape. The packaging is excellent. Installing the stand was easy peasy. All good, right? I unplugged my old monitor (HDMI via hub) and direct connected my MB Air via USB-C via a (PD Certified) cable. The monitor wouldnt recognize the video connection from the USB. The MB was getting its power properly from the monitor. The Dell website suggests that the most recent firmware was to address MB M1 issues, so I was prepared, right? I had the file downloaded and ready to push up to the monitor. I did so, three times it failed. I followed every piece of documentation to the letter, including all the try this type fixes in the FAQs. Nope, 90 minutes of screwing around with various ways to get them to talk, and that was enough for me to click on my Amazon account orders button and request a return. If Dell is going to market this product into the Mac community as a plug and play monitor with USB-C / PD hub capabilities, they need to make sure it works with the large installed base of Apples most popular Laptop - the MB Air laptops, and they should make sure their firmware documentation and support website are easier to use with more specific and complete release notes. Its 2023 - you shouldnt have to call tech support to plug in a monitor...

Greater than one weekVery impressed with all of it! The camera gives a very good clear image, the microphone picks up my voice very clearly, the speakers are very clear with no distortion, and the image quality of the monitor is fantastic! For what you get and the price point, this is actually pretty impressive! This saves a bunch of space and cleans up my area to have built in speakers, webcam, and microphone! I used this on a zoom meeting and a skype call- worked perfectly for both of those! Im no tech genius so dont know all of the various specs on this but I can say as a regular consumer, this thing is really nice and well built!

> 3 dayNo prerequsites published in sales documentation. No troubleshooting works. BIG WASTE OF MONEY. The video on the screen works with a DisplayPort cable, but cannot get camera and mic to work with ANY combination of cables. P - O - S !!!
