> 3 dayI got this as a streamlined home office setup to use paired with a 2021 16 M1Pro MacBook Pro. I couldnt be more happy. When deciding what was important to spend money on for my home office my laptop was priority. Monitors are hard to pick out due to saturation of choices in the market, but something no one really needs to spend much money on. This Dell monitor is a home run. Plug and play setup with my MBP running at correct scaling and 75hz refresh rate. Just enough to not feel like dirt coming from the ProMotion of the MBP. Something many people have encountered but few resources are on the internet is Mac scale issues for external displays. there are two PPI (pixels per inch) ranges that Mac can scale the UI at correctly. 27 1080p monitors are too low PPI. funny enough, a 32 or 27 4k monitor looks terrible with a Mac as well. Some UI elements are too small. some too big. thats where a 24 1080p monitor comes in. It can scale correctly with a Mac and your eyes will thank you! Ports... USBc works flawlessly sending power and display output from MBP. Even though its 65w its plenty to run the laptop without issue. No warnings or popups at all. Skip the $100+ external doc station. Camera... if you just need it for teams or zoom calls then who cares if its not iPhone quality. Speakers... voices are clear and plenty loud. dont expect a home theater. overall for $219 at the time I purchased this I couldnt be happier. if I wanted to spend twice that to get something nicer then I could... but why would I?

Greater than one weekOur computer audio was having issues and we were thinking of replacing it. Instead, we found this monitor that not only has built in audio, but enables video (zoom) conferencing too. Great picture and the best price point for all these features. Note that if you have an older computer, be sure to search the cords (not included) that you will need to connect this monitor to your computer. It took me a couple of tries working with Dell support and they never got it right. Finally I did a search and found the right answer.

Greater than one weekTried to get the monitor to work and was online with tech support. Tech forwarded back to Amazon that it was not working. I was granted a return. I have the receipt that the item was returned and received in Indy. Yet, online it says it has yet to be returned.

> 3 dayThis monitor has an impressive sound and quality at such a low price! We have continued with our remote work in light of yet ANOTHER variant, so I was happy to receive this instead of relying on a webcam. The picture quality is excellent and because it is DESIGNED for videoconferences, you basically turn it on and off you Zoom! The settings are easily adjustable and the sound can be further enhanced with a speaker/mic. This is an excellent montitor that is affordable and helps you and your team communicate easily and is well worth the buy.

Greater than one weekI just got this Dell monitor to use with my late 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch and MacOS Monterey, i7 intel, base model computer. The computer has all USB-C ports so I wanted to see if a USB-C monitor would work.. I unboxed this monitor and attached the stand without tools in 3 minutes. The stand DOES go to a full portrait view, which Is how I use the monitor. When in portrait, the plugs for AC, HDMI, USC-C, etc are on the right side as one looks at the monitor. I plugged in the monitor power cord. I turned on the monitor, and it asked me what language and if I wanted to use the USB-C port as a charging port; I answered yes by pushing a button on the monitor. I then plugged the USB-C male-male cable supplied with the monitor into my MacBook Pro, and into new monitor. Immediately I heard the chime that the macbook was charging, and the lightning symbol was over the battery icon. Boom, within 15 seconds the monitor fully recognized the Macbook and displayed its image.. This is with using only the USB-C to USB-C cable between the Macbook pro and the monitor; I did not use any HDMI input. In System Setting on the Mac, I rotated the image so that I could use the new monitor in portrait view, and then I tested the sound through the monitors speakers. The Dell speakers are not even close to the exceptional sound of the Macbook Pro, so i do not use the sound through the monitor. I tested the camera, which is fine, about the same as my MacBook pro. So, bottom line, I like the one cable to monitor from my MacBook pro, and that it charges the MacBook Pro while using it so i dont need a separate charger hooked to the McB Pro. I like that it was basically plug-n-play for my set-up. Its a wonderful accessory side monitor, and I enjoy portrait view for reading e-books, and seeing the long chat on Twitch, Youtube, Discord, Tweetdeck, etc. Super useful.
