I use a suitcase once and I had problems with the zipper I had to send it back I got a different brand

Lucas has always been my favorite brand of luggage...This suitcase is extremely light weight, moves smoothly and the color / plaid pattern is beautiful......HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The first time I used this suitcase, the zipper became completely detached from the suitcase. I had to buy a new suitcase for my return home. I brought the defective case back with me as it was covered under a warranty, but it seems the company that issues the warranty is non-existent. Its impossible to submit a claim online. No one answer phone or responds to emails. No customer service.

Perfect size and really super light! Easily handled when traveling.

Strong and light. I spent 4 months in SE Asia dragging this everywhere. Performed flawlessly.

What a waste of money. My friends recommended me other brand but I still bought the Lucas luggage because it is very light. It is the cheapest luggage and material I have ever seen. $100 is a lot for this terribly cheap piece of garbage. In one trip it is ripped and the wheel is broken. I am very disappointed. I expected this to last longer. Please see these pictures I attached before you buy this cheap luggage. You can go with any brand but not Lucas.

It is difficult to push like if th wheel has been broken at the first use in the airport

I love this suitcase in that its very lightweight and sturdy. Unfortunately, after one years use, the wheels partially collapsed and stopped turning correctly. I really love the suitcase because of its high capacity while still fitting in the airlines parameters for a regular checked bag. There is a five year warranty but after two years when I finally decided Id had enough with the nonfunctioning wheels, Amazon no longer provides the option for contacting the seller. Im hoping to get a resolution. If so, Ill update this review.

So lightweight! I have used this on two trips with good results. It has some scuffs from airline handling but otherwise has held up fine so far.
