While I really like my “new” 24” Steve Madden teal blue luggage, but it had clearly been used. I cleaned sand from one of the compartments, the tags were torn off, one was even missing. I needed it for a trip the next day and I love the luggage. The carry on bag that I’ve had longer was clearly new. Love the luggage, not impressed with the vendor.

Used it only four times and the retractable handle no longer will retract. Its sad that even when you pay good money for something, its still crap.

The color is amazing! Ive never been so excited to pack for a trip. I wasnt looking for this but when I saw it I had to buy it. The color varieties is great too. I personally love the color I got but any of the colors were great!

I bought two of these to solve a marital dispute about an upcoming 3-week trip to France. I wanted to take carry ons, but my husband voted for our 26 bags. Which are huge and heavy when full. These split the difference perfectly. I subscribe to the 5-4-3-2-1 rule of packing (five underwear, four tops, three bottoms, two pairs of shoes and one hat), but my husband is a just-in-case packer.
