> 3 dayI bought this to cut whiskey barrel hoops, which are made of steel...a ferrous metal. The blade had a hard time cutting through the hoops, making a clean cut, and wore down immediately. It probably works fine on non-ferrous metals, which are softer, but don’t buy to use on ferrous metals. FYI... Ferrous metals include mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and wrought iron. Non-ferrous metals include aluminum, brass, copper, nickel, tin, lead, zinc, and precious metals.

19-11-2024Cuts well, needed to make a deliberate cut to stop excessive vibration. Seems to work well with no problems yet.

> 3 dayShowed up when it was supposed to, cuts metal as expected, not my first DeWalt abrasive blade and won’t be the last. Nice having it delivered to my door, instead of driving 30minutes each way for the same item…

> 3 dayUsed in my chop saw to cut 1 1/4 x 1/8 steel tubing for a driveway gate. Made maybe 30 cuts and over half the blade is still there. Pretty tough!
