I loved this items and they worked as adv.

This remote works only with the Direct TV satellite. It will not turn my Hisense tv on or off and will not adjust volume. Its great for changing channels, recording and all other for functions. Still need two remotes to completely operate t.v. Bummer

Shipped the wrong remote control because they no longer carried the RC66X. Instead they shipped the RC66RX. I could not program the RC66RX to operate my Samsung TV because, according to Direct TV customer service, the RC66RX is not compatible with the Genie system mini receivers that was connected to the TV although it did operate the receiver itself but not the TV. I called the 3rd party seller who explained to me they did not carry the RC66X and they would tell Amazon to credit my account without me having to return the incorrect RC66RX to them. I will have to look around for a seller that carries the RC66X

Simple setup. I have one tv in living room, one tv in bedroom, each receive direct tv service and require a remote, which they now have! I bought 2 for less than the price of one. They are PERFECT!
