> 3 dayI absolutely love this game. I wish it was for more players without having to buy an expansion, but it’s fine. It is so easy to play, compared to other deck builders. I love that the box has little separators to keep all of the cards organized, because I am crazy about keeping my games in order.

> 3 dayGreat deck builder and unlike some other deck builders one does not have to keep buying cards. Which makes Dominion fun and affordable.

25-12-2024I have no idea whether this is a fun game, because we werent able to play it. The game game with two copies of one deck (the market and moneylender deck) and no copy of the deck containing library, harbinger, cellar, etc. Extremely disappointing, and figuring out how to fix this (still in progress) is turning out to be more complex than it should be.

> 3 dayTo begin with, the box is far too large for the sparse amount of cards you get for the set, it should be about 2/3 the size of this and about $10.00 cheaper. Secondly, you shouldnt have to keep victory points in your deck. Once you get them, they should be placed in front of you. Too many times we ended up with turns where no one could do anything because we just had victory points in our hands. If you want to get rid of victory points put that ability into the cards, dont choke the flow of play. Thirdly, the base set only has a few cards that allow you to interfere with other players, you have to spend more money on expansions to get sets that have these, which include cards you will probably never use, which again are packaged in unnecessarily sized boxes and are way overpriced. Fourth, the 2nd Edition should have elicited an overhaul of the graphic design, especially the logo and card templates. Using Layer Effects in Photoshop to create your drop shadows and bevel/emboss effects is not befitting a 2nd Edition version of a best-selling game. Its seen as amateur work by professional designers, and this version deserves better. Dominion should release expansions as packs instead of boxes, that way it could sell more expansions and help cheapen the cost of the cards that prevent the game from degenerating into what is otherwise what others have said about this game - narrated solitaire.
