I take it if I feel like I am coming down with something and most often will feel better by morning.

The protective seal was missing on one package, so I had to return both. Best to order doTERRA products through an authorized representative.

They are small but powerful. One in the A.M. and one at night and Ive been healthy this winter!

If you are feeling ill or traveling this greatly reduces the risk of catching a bug. I always take when I travel as I have a weaker immune system and I have not been as sick as I have been in the past. A great find!
