I started taking these beadlets a few years ago when I was with my grandkids nearly every day and caught all the bugs they brought home from school. Within a few short months, I stopped catching any bugs from them. I cannot say what it will do for anyone else; but I believe it strengthened my immune system.

Excellent product. When I start feeling a little under the weather I pop two of these beads in my mouth and let the oil go down my throat. Leaves your breath refreshed also.
