Great for pro actively combating winter, summer, spring colds. Enjoyed the little burst of flavor when the bead melted; however, the flavor is a bit medicinal.

Small - you can let dissolve in mouth or swallow (based on preference or taste tolerance). Easy to keep in a desk drawer, a purse, or to travel with.
