> 3 dayI love Dr. Bronners soap. Each time I receive a bottle from Amazon, when I open the package birds sing and small animated forest animals gather around me. I always somehow find myself locked in a lurid embrace with the bottle, completely naked. The sensation of pure bliss is overwhelming every time I receive a new bottle...but...then the cops come, I get arrested for indecent exposure for grinding on the bottle in the front yard wearing no clothes :(. Then the overwhelming sadness sets in when I am released from jail and I realize my Dr. Bronners is gone and the vicious cycle repeats. I rush home, order another bottle and with my free prime shipping, land back in jail again within four days. Actually now that I think about it, I think I have a Dr. Bronners problem. This soap is so awesome and so fair that now that I have decided to seek help, some cash shot out of the top of an old bottle because it knew it was the problem all along. Caveat emptor!!

> 3 dayI am 63 and have had acne since I was 12. I thought I had tried everything and resigned myself to just keeping the break outs to a minimum. Started using this product and have not had a break out since. Wish it smelled better, but the results are amazing.

> 3 dayThis soap is perfect! I train BJJ so its important for me to have a soap that really does clean thoroughly yet doesnt dry out my skin. I shower sometimes 3 times a day and Dr Bronners is really gentle on my skin. I have tried so many other Tea Tree soaps but always go back to Dr Bronners. It is also the most reasonably priced!! Great stuff and the liquid is versatile too if you want to clean with it.

> 3 dayGreat product but the cap came totally broken to where it can’t even be opened without fully taking it off. Not a big deal but very annoying.

> 3 dayIm an avid backpacker and camper. When I learned about this soap, I was excited about all the uses it claims to have, and wanted to try it. So I ordered the tea tree oil version since Ive heard tea tree oil can be an antiseptic, and its nice having that when cleaning out wounds. I took about three ounces on a four day camping trip, and had about 3/4 of the bottle remaining. I used it for everything I could think of: 1) Body wash and Shampoo - The soap left my skin and hair clean, and left a faint, earthy scent. 2) Toothpaste - It cleaned my teeth and removed my bad breath, but it was still soap and I was tasting that earthy scent for a little while afterward. Still, it works if you can take the taste. 3) Worked into a lather it can be a shaving cream. 4) Washed out my pots and pans. 5) Washed my clothes and fabrics of dirt and removed nasty smells. Anything I needed cleaned I used it and it worked with just a few drops of soap, and water. Ive also heard it can be used to clean floors and wash windows, but Ive not tried that yet. I was pleasantly surprised at how many toiletries and cleansers it replaced, and how little I used up when I used it so much. 32 ounces of this stuff is going to last months, even with daily use. This stuff is great for outdoorsmen, campers, backpackers, travelers, or people who want to save money by replacing so many things with one.

> 3 dayThis stuff is great. I use Dr. Bronners to take with me camping because it is biodegradable and I can feel secure that Im not hurting the local wildlife by letting it get into the environment. Its good to use for whatever: body, hair, dishes, even washing clothes. I would not use it on the daily at home but its the best thing Ive found for taking camping. I have tried the peppermint, its really tingly which is nice until you get to the more sensitive bits. No thank you. The lavender is great, but due to a lavender scented prank I pulled on my camp mates last year, I have decided to spare them that particular scent. So I decided to try the rose. The rose is a really pleasant scent. Not too powerful. The only way I can describe it is kind of grandma-esque but in a nice way. Oh, and one bottle of this stuff will last a single person an incredibly long time.

> 3 dayReally like the antiseptic qualities of this soap [TTO hereafter.] I use in in a mix with Dr. Bronners Peppermint Oil castile [liquid] soap [PO], as the PO tends to be a bit overpowering [invigorating to the skin, but the smell is strong enough to give you a headache] when used straight. OTOH, the PO is about 1/2 the price of the TTO, so using the PO. as an extender for the TTO has decided economic benefits. As the title of my review suggests, the Dr. Bronner soaps lather up nicely & so will last a decent length of time, but theres a trick to this: the dispenser caps provided will either dribble an inadequate amount, or if you give the bottle a squeeze, blort out too much, wasting product. The key is you *must* use a washcloth to get the best mileage out of the soap, and then transfer the soap into a re-purposed pump dispenser [mine came from a bottle of Walmarts Equate house-brand baby shampoo, originally.] Then you can get a consistent amount of soap dispensed onto the washcloth [one or two pumps, whatever you find works best after some experimentation] and distributed evenly using the washcloth. Showering becomes truly quick & efficient after that: in fact, theres barely enough time for my beard to soften up for shaving before Im done with the preliminaries [ie, everything else!] Still wish it was a trifle less dear, but sometimes lifes little luxuries are worth it. :-)
