I received this item free of charge. I do love this item. I use this one in the water and it works great!!! I have another Dreambaby Room and Bath Thermometer that I use in the bedroom and it works wonderfully in the bedroom also. Very accurate. It is also been source of great fun for my granddaughter. She likes to see the gator swim lol. We took her back home where I am from in the bayous of Louisiana over the summer and she got to see live alligators so for her this has been great. She says Mimi I gots my own gator at home. lol It has held up great. Very durable to go through a 2 yr old playing with it and it still work. I really like the red and green light indicators.. Red if too hot and green if too cold. I would definitely recommend to others and if ever there is a need to buy another it will be Dreambaby!!. It is so cute in the tub and works quickly! Highly recommend this product!

At first, this was a great way to test the temperature of the bathwater. Our baby loved to play with it, too. Then, somehow water got into the duck and it wont sit flat on the water (which means that it cant get an accurate temperature reading since it is floating crooked with part of the bottom in the air.) We tried taking out the battery and shaking it to get the water out, but nothing works.

We use this for baby baths for our infant. We love being able to be precise to know it’s not too hot or cold, and we find it sensitive enough to adjust rapidly as the temperature changes. It stays on for the whole bath and we have observed it drop over time from 99° to 94° so we knew to wrap up bath time. It’s super cute too. My husband nicknamed our daughter Turtle within her first week because he said her wrinkly rolls in her skin reminded him of a turtle without a shell so I loved that I could get this as a turtle lol

Literally used once and wont turn on now. Screw for battery replacement is even smaller than a watch screw and I have no way to open product to see if batteries are dead

We love these for our bathtime!

After using this for only a few days we noticed that it started to collect water inside. You can shake it around and hear that there is water in it from a previous bath. The frustrating part is that it isnt totally clear where the water is so we have no way of knowing if the water will come out or not (it never has) and if it makes it unsafe (exposing the battery to water and potentially dropping rust as the battery corrodes). I dont know if we just got a dud but well be replacing this soon.

Purchased as a baby gift - no complaints
