Got these to scuff up the body on my golf cart before painting, and they worked great. Took all the shine off and didnt leave any deep scratches you could see through the paint.

These worked better than I expected ,changed rims from black to blue, I left no scuff marks, just smooth surface

Thought Id save a few bucks by going with an alternative scuffing pad however this box of pads is absolute junk. A few wipes only to find its worn completely out and will not hold its shape and I am not overly aggressive using these pads. Do yourself a favor and spend the few extra dollars and go with 3M branded pads. They simply cut more aggressively with minimal effort and they keep their shape during prolonged usage. Avoid this product unless you are very affluent
