If there’s any hesitation of purchasing this part for your Dyson v11 Animal, let me put it to rest. I was just as hesitant to buy this non original equipment part. But I got it promptly and installed it and it fit perfectly and works just fine. All this for a less expensive alternative than purchasing an original equipment from Dyson themselves. On top of that, the part was available; you didn’t have to wait weeks for Dyson to send 1 out.

The sealing ring of my V11 broke and I didn’t want to buy a whole new dust bin from Dyson. I decided to browse Amazon and see if there were replacement parts for the sealing ring, and sure enough, this replacement came with the parts and tool I needed to fix my dust bin in under 5 minutes! Excellent product, and super happy this was such an easy fix.

Works perfectly and easy to install, save a lot of money for a flimsy part that can tend to break easily.

I am overjoyed that I found this. The ring on my Dyson V15 broken and a replacement from Dyson was unavailable. So my rather expensive vacuum was unusable.. luckily I stumbled upon this replacement while googling and took a chance to buy it. It works exactly as it should and it’s super easy to install. Effective replacement part for my V11. The original part failed after slightly over 2 years of use. The inner rings would fall out every time I emptied the dust bin. The manufacturer only offers the entire dust bin assembly on their website. This part was less expensive and fits perfectly.
