Fit perfectly and Dyson is now fixed.

Perfect replacement part

...but set aside a lot of time. No instructions come with the part and you will have to search HARD on YouTube for multiple videos but you can do it. Just make sure the white plastic ratcheting cog that makes the vacuum stand upright or tilt is positioned the same as when you took it apart. That was the hardest part for us.

Came in 1 day. Worked perfectly.

While repairing my Dyson DC41, I noticed that the yoke was also broken. Buying this part saved me from having to spend $470 on a new Dyson! You can not even tell it’s a replacement!

This part saved my dc41 from the scrap pile. So glad i found it.

Would be nice if there was a video on how to remove and install from the manufacturer. Luckily YouTube has one but no video on how to put it back on. Taking off a broken part is easier than putting on one that is in one piece. Easy enough however.
