Lid was easy to install and is holding up well.

This console arrived flawless (see pic) not a scratch nor tear ANYWHERE! It is exactly as described and was SUPER EASY to install well for me at least (I am a woman). It does not come with instructions, but one can easily look for a tutorial on YouTube to assist. I simply, closely, examined my old one whilst removing it, then placed everything based on that. It took less than 10 minutes. Red is my FAV color, so my daughter added the Red vinyl and Red liner strips, bought on Amazon as well. Air bubbles are visible but we were able to smooth those out pretty nicely. This item was greatly cheaper than ordering from the dealership, which after receiving this item, I shall ALWAYS check Amazon FIRST!! Overall, I without hesitation recommend THIS seller and this product! 100 STARS :-)

I have grey cloth interior, this is faux leather... but it looks great! It really spruced up the 2000 Sierra with 380K on the odometer! I think it even makes the truck run better. :-)

Should have got it years ago

Many times aftermarket parts are not that well made. I was impressed with this. The leather/vinyl is thick and double stitched and glues on tightly. Only complaint, some people may not know how to put the metal piece back in with the two springs, they need to enclose instructions for those of us that needs instructions, other than that, am very pleased with product and service.
