Greater than one weekI was a bit hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but price is great and some of their other products work well for me, so I gave it a shot. 1st try on a screen that had been used, washed and sun dried several times. Did not work - but then neither did the speedball remover I’m trying to replace. Emailed their customer service. They were quick to respond and helpful. Then tried it on screens as I would normally use the remover: burn a screen, not liking the results and wanting a second go, or some one off projects...the remover worked quite well and was very easy Work to reclaim the screens. Saving a fair amount of coin Compared to other removers and will definitely reorder!

> 3 dayTried this on purple photopolymer emulsion and Speedball diazo and worked well with both. Weve diluted it 1:3 (I think we just keep forgetting to put the last part of water in) so weve been using it a little stronger than they recommend. Purple emulsion just melts away, green Speedball softens to the point where a light power wash just knocks it out. Pleased with it.

Card Away Excess Ink1. Card away all excess ink from the screen and return ink to the container. DISCLAIMER: If using water-based ink kindly dispose of the ink if it is dried up and not usable. |
Apply to Screen2. Apply emulsion remover to both sides of a wet screen with a sponge, pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump system. a. Then, leave the product on for 15-30 seconds. DISCLAIMER: If left on longer than the recommended time emulsion can lock permanently on the screen. |
Thoroughly Rinse3. Thoroughly rinse screen with high-pressure water, starting at the bottom, making sure to remove all emulsion and residue. |
