> 3 dayI am very new to screen printing. The first kit I bought had emulsion remover but I ran through the bottle after the 2nd reclaiming. I diluted this 4 to 1 in a spray bottle. The 1st time I went to clean my screen I sprayed the one side about 4 times. I then flipped the screen and started spraying the other side. I knew this was good when the emulsion started dripping off. I dont have a lot to compare this to, but Im really happy.

Card Away Excess Ink1. Card away all excess ink from the screen and return ink to the container. DISCLAIMER: If using water-based ink kindly dispose of the ink if it is dried up and not usable. |
Apply to Screen2. Apply emulsion remover to both sides of a wet screen with a sponge, pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump system. a. Then, leave the product on for 15-30 seconds. DISCLAIMER: If left on longer than the recommended time emulsion can lock permanently on the screen. |
Thoroughly Rinse3. Thoroughly rinse screen with high-pressure water, starting at the bottom, making sure to remove all emulsion and residue. |
