Perfect for the kitchen. Protects from drops on the floor, countertop. Protects from spills and food. I disposed of the lanyard—useless (for my purposes) and in the way.

Before this little case the remote for the Apple TV 4K was very frustrating because you couldnt tell what is the top or bottom without looking. With this you can tell when you pick it up.

Fits the remote like a glove. The strap is a good idea if youre using it to play games with it.

Great little item! The Apple TV 4k remote is a vast improvement over its predecessor. but its small and the all-important track-pad requires a lot more handling. This nice case keeps the thing steady in your hand; the cut-outs for battery charging and the IR port are well-aligned. I removed the lanyard as its more of a annoyance than a help. It might come in hand for another case or camera accessory.

Fit like a glove. Magnets work well on the refrigerator and dish washer but had difficulty hold on to the weaker ferrous metals in my tv. I recommend this product.
