Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

I have programmed in profiles for all of my apps and I have it working with Keyboard Maestro on a Mac. I use it to control OBS when I am recording or video conferencing and it is amazing! I suppose youve got to view this as a product where you are going to have to invest a lot of time to customize everything, but if you are looking for something that can be made all yours this is amazing. It has changed how I use my computer.

Best product for streamers ever made

It has very bad image retention. Super slow support.

. . . but only now just knew it existed! What a great timesaver. Brilliant technology, intuitive software to manage it, and now I find it indispensable to my daily workflow. The description of the product is overly technical, frankly, but this thing can do anything you want, akin to macros for your system, nesting instructions as deeply as needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent piece of kit! Use it mainly for programs and other strange hotkeys.

I use it for literally everything for my Apple MacBook Pro, from Zoom meetings, to inserting symbols, using websites, text blocks, signatures, opening files - great for Zoom meetings, and MUCH more. It seems to be easiest to set up on Apple computers as two friends tried to set up on PCs and it thoroughly frustrated them to point they returned units.

Works perfectly, Im happy with the purchase. I recommend it to everyone.

This is a great little device that can be useful for office workers too. I find very interesting that its so heavily marketed towards streamers. I received it today and after playing with it a little bit, I ended up adding a few stock tickers, controls for Spotify and Hue lights, and three clocks with time zones (I worked remotely for a company in a different time zone). I only regret now not buying the Stream Deck with more keys.

I picked this up for fun. And, its been a good purchase. Im no streamer or gamer. But, I do use this in my recording studio. It works great. Its very handy! Ill probably get another for my office to use at work.
