I wish the software would allow us to set Macros and chain Hotkeys together - Other then that, its awesome!

Too many issues with this overhyped product. The software is trash, the stand is trash (keep moving if I try to press a button). Response time is slow. The software is trash. half of the time it doesn’t wake up properly from standby.

I bought this to make my twitch streaming easier. Its exactly what I hoped for and more. Im having a lot of fun learning and the elgato website provides a lot of support. Their keycap image creator is so easy to use. The gadget itself is pretty easy to figure out

I am shocked at how useful this thing is. As someone who rarely streams, I was unsure about this purchase. But I will be recommending this to just about everyone I know with a PC. Having a panel of customizable buttons is incredible. Shortcuts to your most used programs, push to talk, I set up Philips hue so I have light switch toggles. Even if youre not a streamer, this thing will prove useful.

I dont use this for its intended purpose. I use it to edit audio, video production, and for fast access to repetitive tasks in applications like Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Its saved me a great deal of time when producing e-learning courses. This is definitely my Go To gadget these days.
