I found this product through my Cancer Center Dietician when I was starting chemo and radiation. I was underweight and had to have a feeding tube put in my stomach just in case I couldnt eat or get enough calories and nutrition. I never used the stomach tube but used this drink instead! Along with the Boost which has 530 calories Ive been able to maintain and not lose a lb. during 3 months of treatments! My doctors and dietician are elated that I actually gained some weight and sustained through the treatments using both products. This particular one tastes fabulous and is light not thick and heavy. I highly recommend it for anyone needing the protein and calories because they dont get enough in their daily diet.

My gran. Uses these to supplement her diet to make sure she is getting further nutrients. She is still a very busy lady at 82 years old and sometimes doent slow down to eat the most well rounded meals.. this helps me literally ensure she is getting what she need to stay strong and on the go

Honestly, Im a health-food nut so I would never support consuming these if you can get something healthier in. However, I use them to help get nutrition into people who dont have the will or strength to eat, but do have a need for nutrition,,, namely laboring moms. When I cant get a mom to take a bite of food, I can almost always get her to take a few sips of this, and it can really make a huge different. I have seen several times where I think this saved the day. So, if you have a situation where youre having a hard (or impossible) time getting better quality nutrients into someone, this can really make a difference.

Do not taste as good as the ensure plus shakes but does the job. I will definitely be switching back to the plus once these are gone.

Doc advised to use pre and post surgery. Tasted good. No issues.

Good, effective, easy on the go! I leave early AM for work, and getting up and out is tough. I grab one of these on my way out, and after 20-30 minutes of driving, Ill pop it open in the car and drink it during the rest of my commute. It helps quell that morning hunger and I get some needed calories to start my day. The chocolate is best in my opinion.
