Would not give them 5 Stars, but as alternative to make yourself From scratch it’s worth it. Tried other brands and they were worse.

I like this product because it has high calories which my husband needs but also has high protein which is important for his recovery. The others have one or the other. I can’t find Ensure Enlive in my Publix grocery store. It comes very quickly form Amazon.

Drinking 2 of these a day in between meals to gain weight. The chocolate flavor is light and very good. Also easy on the stomach.

The original Ensure tastes like a “can of vitamins”, a very medicinal taste. This is more like a vanilla milkshake and is a complete meal. Just toss it in the freezer, and shake it up, and you have a healthy milkshake that is a meal. One year for Lent, this was my entire diet for 46 days, and the taste kept me on it. The vanilla is a decent base if you want to add Strawberry Nestle’s Quik (I have a service dog, so no chocolate in the house to prevent accidents...but Chocolate would work as well). I have bought this many times and will again.

My grandfather recently experienced medical issues and was put on a strict diet, our local grocer does not stock these and am so thankful they’re available here - great recommendation by a doctor! My grandfather is also very stubborn and surprisingly doesn’t complain about the flavors!
