Not a happy camper Purchased but did not try to install until today Cons: no user manual was included in box just a quick start up paper. Trouble shooting refers to user manual. Duh no manual. Am stuck during start up unable to complete. Will try calling tomorrow. Pros: price

The printer was a snap to set up and connect to my wifi. I suggest you order ink at the time you purchase the printer as those included don’t have much ink.

Purchased mostly for scanning as well as occasional printing/copying. Setup clearly explained and followed steps in phone app and downloaded software to laptop also. Went smoothly. Scanned documents go to my phone which can be emailed. Havent scanned to laptop yet to store documents. So far works as expected. Appreciate the compact size allowing easy storage.

After always owning HP home printers, I branched out and bought an Epson. It printed well, but the first time I tried to feed a document through to scan, it told me the feeder was jammed with paper. Huh? Id never even used the feeder. Tried 3 times to call epson tech support and after making it through the decision tree, they just hung up on me. 3 times. I returned it. I never even check how well it copied anything.

We like the printer itself. Easy to use and all that.... ink is hard to find.

Printed less than 200 pages of text documents not photos, all ink cartridges depleted. New standard 4-pack of 222 cartridges cost $48, XL cost $60. This machine is new model to make sure there are currently NO compatible cartridges in the market. The manufacturer keeps changing models to keep you pay a premium for the same thing that cost a few bucks to produce.

Not a bad printer for the price. Suitable for my home office needs. Haven’t been able to find color ink cartridges in high yield. Small and compact. Would not feed specialty paper from paper tray so a bit disappointed there. Will have to troubleshoot.

They did an update on their software which now requires you to only use thier brand ink or the printer will not funtion. This is a complete rip off to anyone who purchased these printers in the past. Do not buy this product.

Bon pour le prix mais l’installation un peu compliqué. Jai du aller sur le web trouver les logiciel a télécharger pour mon pc . Mais sinon tout fonctionne super bien

The setup of this printer was simple but time consuming, it is a big boy too, you either need to get it its own side table or clear a substantial area for it. The scanner works fine, just as well as any other scanner Ive used. The photo is of a recipe that I printed. It should have been nothing special or hard for the printer, but it still struggled to print a reasonably clear document.
