> 3 dayI could not navigate to get Tech support. It needs a scanner program which I bought separately for $29. I was disappointed it did not come with one.

> 3 dayThe setup of this printer was simple but time consuming, it is a big boy too, you either need to get it its own side table or clear a substantial area for it. The scanner works fine, just as well as any other scanner Ive used. The photo is of a recipe that I printed. It should have been nothing special or hard for the printer, but it still struggled to print a reasonably clear document.

03-04-2025Would have been OK most likely, but the automatic document feeder would not work. Had to send it back.

> 3 daywhile Epson is a known name, the quality and features is now lacking. I was looking for a printer with a scan bed that accepts legal size paper, this model does not. the paper tray holds legal size paper. working from home this feature is a must. the screen to operate the printer is large enough to see and easily accessible. paper tray is easy to load and doesnt stick out too far, so no hindrance there. it is a good printer for home use using letter size paper only, but for my opinion , shop around for different styles etc for business use.
