When it print it comes out clear and readable!

This printer will not scan more than 4 pieces of paper without losing connection despite being hardwired. Network on the printer says is excellent. It has caused me lost time and frustration since I work from home and need to rely on scanning documents. Printing is on the slower side. Color also isnt that great.

The WF-2960 was easy to set up and start using right away. Very happy with its performance and functions.

I bought this printer to hook to a new iMac desktop via USB cable. The printer set-up was easy, as I followed the prompts on the printers front panel and watched YouTube videos. The instruction manual is very thorough and easy to follow. The problem arose when it came to the step to download software from the internet; the wrong website was given. After some searching, I found the correct site, which is..epson.sn ((for Setup Navi). From this site, it was easy to follow the prompts and obtain the needed software download. The printer is quick, and the double-sided printing is a nice feature. The USB cable is not included with the printer, but can be ordered via Amazon for under $10. Note that an additional small adapter is needed for the USB cable to insert into the back of the iMac. This is my second Epson printer, as my last one was 13 years old and would not work with my new computer.

After always owning HP home printers, I branched out and bought an Epson. It printed well, but the first time I tried to feed a document through to scan, it told me the feeder was jammed with paper. Huh? Id never even used the feeder. Tried 3 times to call epson tech support and after making it through the decision tree, they just hung up on me. 3 times. I returned it. I never even check how well it copied anything.

This is a great printer. Was fairly easy to set up and get up and running.

They did an update on their software which now requires you to only use thier brand ink or the printer will not funtion. This is a complete rip off to anyone who purchased these printers in the past. Do not buy this product.

Quality is perfect. Everything comes out great even pictures.

cartridges are completely empty. better to buy a printer elsewhere. I couldnt even print one page. There is no usb cable included.
