> 3 dayThe printing is fine, but how do you sell a printer with a cartridge that is only able to print 42 pages before it runs out. When I bought the printer, the description stated 900 pages per cartridge. Now I have to rush around trying to find a replacement. Very disappointing.

> 3 dayIt was very easy to install with my Dell computer. Prints very fast compared to my old Canon printer. The only thing Im not pleased with is that right side of the background for the control panel is not lighted. The left side of the panel is lighted. It shows the copy, scan, fax, and maintenance functions. Good value for the price. Ive only had the printer for about six (6) weeks, but it seems to be doing fine with the original ink that came with the printer. I havent needed to use the tech support.

> 3 dayNot a bad printer for the price. Suitable for my home office needs. Haven’t been able to find color ink cartridges in high yield. Small and compact. Would not feed specialty paper from paper tray so a bit disappointed there. Will have to troubleshoot.

> 3 dayIf all you need is a printer to knock some stuff out, this will mostly do the job. If you need quality prints or any kind of speed or usability, best to look elsewhere. What it does: b&w, colour, double-sided, scan-copy-print, wireless. It also has a small footprint, which is nice. It has an ADF feed on top, but the menus for single-sided or double-sided copies are not well written, so it doesnt work that well. What it doesnt do: the quality of the colour prints is not great. They are faded and not true to colour. Word is that the ink cost adds up, so we have been choosing b&w when possible. Its a pain to use the scanner - theres a back and forth between pushing buttons on the printer and pushing buttons on your computer. Its also Very Slow, and doesnt do a great job of letting you scan several pages into different files - you have the restart the whole scan process for each new one. Copy/scan quality is not great. Tech support exists, but is frustrating. The printed installation instructions inside the box turned out to be wrong, so I had to spend 45 mins on the phone with tech support setting up the wireless. But at least they were there, so maybe thats something. The printer told me to install software that was already on my computer - why didnt it detect it? All in all, I would say that the Epson WF-2960 is better than not having a printer, but thats as far as I can go.

> 3 dayMy favorite printer by far. It scans with ease using the auto feeder. Cool mobile app to print fast. Prints fast, but the ink is hard to find.
