> 3 dayI LOVE Modular power supplies. You only have to hide the wires youre using, because you dont have all the others in the bundle.

> 3 dayMy 850 watt PS went on the fritz about 6 weeks ago, it would suddenly power off and back on. The computer with be under a load with a game and the power would suddenly die and come back on, rebooting the machine. It was sort of like getting a blue screen without a blue screen. Eventually it started really going crazy like losing power, then flapping on and off rapidly until I pulled the plug. I realized that it wasnt the motherboard, or bad drivers or anything like that. I rebuild the machine every 3 years or so, but I hadnt replaced the power supply in ten years, it was finally time. I like the modular connectors, although some of them were really tight getting them on the SSDs, which are hard to reach inside the case. Once I put it back together, Ive had no trouble with power since, so the old PS was definitely the problem (a Corsair 850W from about 2010).

> 3 dayThis is an amazing quality PSU. It barely makes any noise even under load. Its very power efficient. It’s very easy to install and the modular aspect makes it easier to cable manage.

Greater than one weekI don’t hear it at all when it’s in use. Handles an Intel i7-9700k with an MSI RTX 2070 just fine.

> 3 dayAwesome product. The included cables were super nice and clearly premium. The noise level is barely noticeable a soft hmm (can’t be heard over the case fans). The rear light was a nice touch. And it included a tool that can be used to make setting up a water cooling loop a lot easier. 10/10 will buy again.

> 3 dayThe PSU died after less than 2 years. While it has a 10 year warranty I think the 10 years refers to how long the process takes to request a warranty claim. First I had to sign up for an EVGA account (so my information can be sold?). Then I had to register the product. Then I had to check to see if it is under warranty, which it is. Then I had to submit a support ticket, which asked me for everything but my mothers maiden name and what I ate for breakfast. I cant submit for an RMA until the support ticket is resolved, which will take 2-5 days just to review at which point Im pretty sure theyll ask for more information. Then Ill have to ship it back at my cost, wait for them to inspect it, and then send me a new one (I hope). All the while I have a dead PC, a very unhappy kid, and nearly $1k worth of equipment sitting dead in my sons room.

07-06-2025This is a solid PSU, overall it has been amazing for my build. I decided to get this PSU for my 3rd PC build, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a PSU. Whether it be for a build, or even for an upgrade. 750w has been more than enough for me and my latest build. It is also is low cost, and that is a huge plus. Only thing I can actually recommend is before you decide to make the purchase here, just browse around other places, that way you can make sure you are getting the best deal for this supply.
