> 24 hourThe modular and plentiful connectors made for a clean build as compared to some complex harness systems. Simple and generally forgotten component, but nothing works without one., Gold is the best quality and most reliable. Who needs a dead computer?

> 24 hourAs a power supply this is solid and reliable. This would get a 5 star rating across the board from me if not for issues with cable management. The 24 pin wire was too stiff with the shrink tubing and zip tie in a crucial area needing to bend. I had a few choices. 1 run the cable to the top of the case and be exposed from the top to the middle of the case ( Not a clean look ). 2 remove a drive mount panel along with the case logo but again more cable would be exposed then I would like. 3 purchase mod cable kit someday maybe 4. Option I chose - remove shrink tube and zip tie. flatten cable for a short area bend. Am I disappointed in my choice of power supply or the mod I chose not at all Im very happy. Someday I might go with a cable mod kit to bling it up some

> 24 hourOrdered one and installed and noticed that when windows is running, there is an intermittent noise similar to the sound an old hard drive makes when reading. When just running the BIOS setup, theres no noise whatsoever. EVGA just said to make sure nothing was getting in the fan (uh, duh...). Returned first one and ordered second one (I didnt want to have to undo all the power lead routing and securing Id already done). Second one makes same noise. Im going to just live with it for now, but Ill be looking at a a different manufacturer for the next one.

> 24 hourIronically enough, a platinum certified PSU from a reputable brand I had for only two months prior to getting this one crapped out on me randomly. I was able to return it for a refund and decided on this one from EVGA, namely wanting to maintain at LEAST gold efficiency, modularity, and 850 watts. Ive been using this for a couple weeks now, and its been great. The PSU is already pretty quiet while running, but using Eco mode when the PC isnt being actively used shuts the fan off entirely at low enough temps. The jet black sleeved cables feel high quality and balance flexibility with some rigidity. The PSU being fully modular is great and saves space in my rig, presently only needing the standard CPU and 24 pin cables along with the PCIE for my gpu and only 2 of the SATA cables. Combine all of these features with the gold level power efficiency and EVGAs amazing 10 year warranty, and youve got a keeper. Ill update this review if anything changes or goes south, but in the meantime Im very happy with this purchase.

> 24 hour3 separate PSU’s all DOA, RMA twice and customer service is saying that the tested fine on their end but they will not power up my pc or spare pc I have. PSU tester gives a 0ms PG reading and CS this is normal for this model. I’m really frustrated and out $270.

> 24 hourThis PSU works great. This was my first modular one and it was a breeze. Really quiet and, so far I had it a month with no issues.

> 24 hourMe encanto esta fuente ya que antes mi pc sonaba bastante los ventiladores cuando iniciaba un juego pesado, yo siempre pensé que era la tarjeta gráfica pero cuando cambié la fuente a esta de 1000w no ha vuelto a sonar ahora es totalmente silenciosa en cualquier juego.

> 24 hourEVGA makes great products and backs them up with great customer service. The power supply was a quick install, with great looking cables. Was less than 10 minutes and my system was back up and running.

> 24 hourInstallation was quick and easy because its modular, Evo mode works great, practically silent when idle and even under load.
