> 3 dayThe PSU died after less than 2 years. While it has a 10 year warranty I think the 10 years refers to how long the process takes to request a warranty claim. First I had to sign up for an EVGA account (so my information can be sold?). Then I had to register the product. Then I had to check to see if it is under warranty, which it is. Then I had to submit a support ticket, which asked me for everything but my mothers maiden name and what I ate for breakfast. I cant submit for an RMA until the support ticket is resolved, which will take 2-5 days just to review at which point Im pretty sure theyll ask for more information. Then Ill have to ship it back at my cost, wait for them to inspect it, and then send me a new one (I hope). All the while I have a dead PC, a very unhappy kid, and nearly $1k worth of equipment sitting dead in my sons room.

Greater than one weekThis power supply is confirmed to be compatible with Alienware Aurora R7. My EVGA 850w B5 PSU failed within a year so I decided to go with a gold psu. So far it is still good.

> 3 dayEverything you want or need to plug in and everything you may want later can be added instead of just taking up space in your case. Well built and enough power for most of your demanding GPUs.

> 3 dayI purchased this PSU as I was upgrading my GPU and needed a higher wattage. After installing, I eagerly switched the power on... to nothing. A small click and a flash of a VGA LED motherboard light were the only indications of life. Try as I might I spent hours and hours troubleshooting; clearing CMOS in every way possible, rewiring the entire computer, quadruple checking all ports for loose connections, and unseating the GPU to run without. All of this to no avail. I gave up and headed to the nearest Microcenter to get it looked at. They were attentive and genuinely interested in fixing my machine, and quickly found out that, you guessed it, my brand new PSU was busted. And no way to repair, besides buy another.

> 3 dayUnacceptable amount of coil whine or ticking noises. Unless ECO mode is on, the fan runs 100% of the time and isn’t quiet (does not affect ticking noise). Competing products do not have these issues. Would not recommend.
