Exo Terra Screen Cover for Hinged Door

This is a great lid for opening part of it to make changes in your hamster or mouse cage. It opens quietly and is heavy enough that they wont lift it to get out.

Does not fit a 40 breeder well. It overlaps at least 3/4 to 1 inch.

Meh...it works. Buttttt bought to replace the standard, flimsy Exo Terra screen that came with the terrarium cause you know, cats. Ensured I got the right size...even measured it to be sure. Of course, it was slightly too big. While I was getting twist ties to secure it down, my python saw his chance and escaped. (Found him shortly after). Basically, theres a chance youll end up using twist ties to keep it secured in place

I highly reccomend this product! We used to just have an open tank for our box turtle but recently got a kitten who kept jumping in. This is so much more convenient than a non folding cover, its so easy to open and it keeps the kittens out the rest of the time :)

This replaced a lid where the screen tore from the hinge in the middle. It is sturdy and fits very well. However with put ball python, he still escaped by pushing up on the middle hinge so we just put hand weights on it as we have clips on the ends(sold separately)

We used this lid for our bearded dragon. Construction is very sturdy and the split lid allows convenient access for feeding - dont have to take the entire lid off. We love it!

Got this one after my older one fell apart after many years of use. Very sturdy & stable. I have a cat that loves to sleep on top of my turtle tank & it holds her with no problems at all. Great tank topper
