Exo Terra Screen Cover for Hinged Door

This product gets the job done but, being that you have to lift half of the lid to open it, it gets to be a pain in the butt having to move the lights every time I need to get in there. I was happy to find a screen lid at a better price so I guess there is some compromise with savings. It dors seem to be quality, though.

This replaced a lid where the screen tore from the hinge in the middle. It is sturdy and fits very well. However with put ball python, he still escaped by pushing up on the middle hinge so we just put hand weights on it as we have clips on the ends(sold separately)

Its a little big and arrived bent.

I ordered one and the screen was busted through. The replacement had a broken hinge. It’s partly to blame on the shipping, but mostly the frailty of this product. Save yourself some trouble and buy one at petco for $30. The quality is worlds better and I don’t feel like I’ll have to baby this one.

This works perfectly for my 40 gallon breeder that I keep my hamster in. While he cant climb out of it on his own, I wanted a lid because I do have cats and wanted to make sure they could not get to him, as well as anything else that could be harmful like any bugs that may come in the house. It is a tiny bit big for the 40 gallon by just a few inches, but it still fits just fine. I also bought some screen clips to go along with it just to secure it a little more and it works great. Id definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a lid for their reptile or small pets tank or terrarium.

Works perfect for out cage

It arrived in perfect shape and fits our tank, almost exact on the measurements. The hinge is very useful to contain our lizard on one side while we come in on the opposite.

Heavy Duty. Makes it super easy to get into the tank. These are not easy to find so if you need it, go ahead and get it.

I got it to replace the screen on my exo-terra terrarium that has the front opening doors and drop in screen top . It will not fit over that properly despite being the same brand and size in inches . I have no idea how to replace my tank top that my cat ruined. But yea ... if you have an exo terra with front opening glass doors - don’t think this screen will fit the top
