Exo Terra Terrarium Lock

> 3 dayVery pleased with this lock. My 3 year old figured out how to open the front doors of the terrarium and I had to get a lock. Didnt want a dragon roaming around the house. (lol) I like how you can set your own combination also. Wish it was a little bit longer though.

Greater than one weekWe use these on multiple cages and have no complaints. They work fantastic on our Ferret Nation Brand Cage as if they were made specifically for them as well.

> 3 dayIm not sure the appropriate type of lock for an exoterra cage, but this isnt it. If you are using it because you dont want a child to leave the door ajar, this will not help. The door latch can still be opened and the doors open enough where any size snake or lizard could still escape from the cage. I could see this being useful if you owned a pet store and you wanted to discourage theft because a thief would not be able to reach in and take an animal. We are just concerned our tree boa could get out and hurt our baby so we want to lock it. Weve already seen the baby touching at the latch so its totally plausible that a toddler could unlatch the cage and leave it ajar.

> 3 dayQuick and easy to use and install. My son operates it with ease on his snake enclosure.

> 3 dayThe doors on an Exo Terra can still be opened an inch and a half or more and left ajar when using this lock allowing your expensive animals to escape.

> 3 dayTheres not really much to say. I have six for tarantula terrariums to keep the cats from obtaining access too easily. All have held up just fine for me. In case it matters, I havent bothered changing the combinations, but the instructions were very clear if I wanted to. If my cats figure out how to operate this, remove it, and open the latch on my terrariums, then I have greater problems anyway.

> 3 dayThe cable on the non-locking side came out of the lock after only a few uses. Pulling the locking side out was difficult. Not worth it.
