Exo Terra Terrarium Lock

I purchased 6 of these locks in July 2015 at which time the price was $4.99. By January 2016 I needed to replace two of them and found the price had been inflated to $8.99. So instead purchased the Master Lock 4688DBLU for $6.95, the cable is a bit shorter, but it works just fine on my enclosures.

Got this lock for my Thrive 40gal terrarium from Petsmart. It works perfectly. Like others have said, you can still open the doors about 3 inches until the cable tightens and it wont open further. Its mainly to keep my kids from screwing with the Bearded Dragon.

I love this little lock. Bought it to keep my 2 year old out of my ball pythons exo Terra vivarium. Easy to use & works well.

Theres not really much to say. I have six for tarantula terrariums to keep the cats from obtaining access too easily. All have held up just fine for me. In case it matters, I havent bothered changing the combinations, but the instructions were very clear if I wanted to. If my cats figure out how to operate this, remove it, and open the latch on my terrariums, then I have greater problems anyway.

Works great ! Now we dont have to worry about snake getting out which is a plus since he has gotten out several times before so now I can rest at ease that this wont happen again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lock. It was received in record time. Great Job!
