Over all I like the backpack. My only complaint is that the Insulated compartment isnt water proof. A bottle of water leaked and it was dripping out.

I am a truck driver , so I hang bag on hook with lunch box facing the wind shield , then I can open and eat lunch going down the road. Perfect for a truck driver to charge headsets and phones.

This is the best backpack Ive ever used for work and school. Lunch box space could be slightly bigger, but still enough room for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of room for my laptop (in its case), breakfast n lunch, and gym clothes. I use to have to lug a laptop case, gym bag and a lunchbox. Ill never have to carry more than one bag a day now.

I bought as a gift havent had experience with it

Lots of room. In fact I thought of returning it because it was so big. I don’t take a laptop to work, but if you do this bag would be handy. However the seam has started ripping. I’m three days outside my return window. I would expect this product to hold up better. I have been using it less than a month. I don’t over fill this bag by any means nor am I rough with it. The bag is put in my car and placed at my desk than back to my car every day. Quality is not present. Update: seller contacted me after leaving the review and sent me a new bag. Great customer service and very easy to work with!

One zipper broke after a week was still functional but second one makes useless
