> 3 dayThis LOOKS like a great bag with great features. I spent a lot of time choosing it after doing my homework by comparing and contrasting it to other available backpacks on Amazon (as well as a competitor) with and without similar features. I thought I would be very pleased with my decision... but I was wrong. Although it is nice to have multiple pockets/sections to stash belongings, even the biggest sections posed a problem - items sunk to the bottom and were hard to find. The inner pockets within the sections were either too high, too low, too snug, or not easily accessible. After I found the best spot for my smart phone, I couldnt find it! It went down too far and wasnt easily reachable; at times, it was so far down that I thought it wasnt there. The cold pouch - though a good idea - isnt big enough for what anyone might want to put in it, plus the placement of the zipper (going around the pocket) isnt exactly the best way to open it without products on the side falling out when you are retrieving something from the other side. If you are going to offer a cold pouch, at least make it useful! But the absolute WORST part was the compartment zippers coming open (while I was walking my brothers dog) and my stuff falling out onto the side of the road! Sometimes, I didnt even notice right away and had to backtrack to find what fell out! Moreover, the STRAPS came loose/undone! Id be walking along and all the sudden the backpack would fall off. Id re-set the straps, only to have the same thing happen a little later. In one evening of dog walking, the strap came undone so many times I had to carry the backpack in front of me, cradling the bottom. Thats not the way backpacks are supposed to be carried! If you want to lose your belongings while carrying them in this backpack, it is the one to get! I prefer to keep my belongings secure and want them to still be in the backpack when I get home! There are too many design problems with this backpack. I learned the hard way. (You dont have to!)

> 3 dayLooks well made, just a couple observations. I use it as a daily bag riding my bike to work. I pack a lunch, a coffee thermos and carry personal items. No solid divide between the food storage and large pouch. My coffee thermos drops into the food storage compartment need to push it up to place the ice packs and food. in the small front pouch there is a zipper over the small pocket but its open on the top, not sure why it wasnt closed off. Overall very satisfied.

> 3 dayI got this backpack as an economical substitute for the very overpriced 6-pack backpacks and Im pretty jealous over his backpack now! The price point cant be beat, I feel like the quality is even better than 6-pack especially for the cost
