I use this for work packing my lunch and work supplies and best back pack I have had

Product is beautiful, arrived on time. However after only a few months of us the backpocket zippers stopped working and we are down to one pocket. Very disappointed

Keeps the lunch cold and is very comfortable I walk a mile to get to work and this pack works great

In a word, great. Does everything and more and can carry a serious amount of weight comfortably. USB charging bay is a unique feature. Great for travel

After a few months I put ice in the insulated area with soda and water and the bag leaks.

I use it for work.. I love that I can carry my lunch and work boots in the same bag

I wish the cooler part had a bit more structure to it and the small, upper front pocket should have dual zippers as well. I do love the hidden lined back pocket for valuables (phone,keys,wallet) I would buy it again
